The Old Cloister Courtyard Fountain         Boca Raton, Florida

The 1926 Old Cloister Courtyard Fountain of the Boca Raton Resort & Club features a central fountain surrounded by benches. The focal point is the famous statue "Our Lady of Boca discovered in a small Italian village by Addison Mizner. Deciding he must have it, Mizner used his most persuasive powers to talk the mayor of the town into selling it. Overnight, the statue was packed and carted away When the townspeople discovered their loss the next day, they were so dismayed that they almost threw the mayor out of town. The mayor lost the next election by a landslide. Keystone Restoration, Inc. was retained as general contractor for the restoration and preservation of the old fountain which is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

President Richard M. Nixon’s Winter White House, Key Biscayne, Florida

Keystone Restoration Inc. served as general contractor for the renovation of former President Richard Nixon's Winter White House. Located in the exclusive island of Key Biscayne, our firm was retained by a new owner to restore the home's original 1950's appearance. Our work included the coordination, supervision and execution of all work including masonry repairs, stucco, roofing, painting, ceramic tile, landscaping and replication of a new front door hand carved with the Presidential Seal. The house is presently owned by the famous Spanish singer, Raphael.

Everglades Estate, Palm Beach, Florida

The Everglades Estate, built in 1927, is an outstanding example of the Mediterranean architecture style pioneered by the famous Palm Beach architect and developer Addison Mizner. Keystone Restoration served as general contractor for the complete renovation of one of Palm Beach's finest and most elegant residential estates. Our work included the construction of a new two story addition (3,600 square feet), new electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, painting, cabinetry, doors, windows, marble flooring, kitchen, extensive cast stone as well as faux finishes, gold leafing, antiquing, and other fine craftsmanship.
